Along with our onsite building management, 24 hour access, kitchen space, meeting room, and all the other features we provide, you’ll also get the benefit of a friendly, welcoming environment to work in every day. 

When you rent office space in Earlsfield Business Centre, your IT provision to your unit, business rates, building insurance, utility bills, communal area cleaning, maintenance, security and service charges are all included within your one, easy, affordable monthly fee.  

At Earlsfield Business Centre, all of your business rates and other service charges are taken care of as part of your rental fee. No extra bills to worry about!

We take security very seriously at Needspace CCTV is in use both inside and outside the Earlsfield office building. Between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, we have onsite management. Access to the building outside of these hours is controlled by an alarmed entry system.

The deposit is 2 months’ fee. Once we have received your deposit, we will hold your requested Earlsfield office unit for one month. Rental fees are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit on the 1st of the month.

Each workstation costs from £325 + VAT.

You are only bound in for a 3-month minimum period at a fixed price. After that, you can continue on a month to month basis at the same fixed price for a further 9 months, after which point we review the monthly fee payable.

After your initial 3-month contract, you need to give just one month’s notice if you feel it’s time to move on.

We offer units to suit anywhere between 1 and 9 people. And we can even accommodate more space than that, where required. We allow approximately 75 sq ft per station, so a 2-station office would be 150 sq ft, a 3-station unit would be 225 sq ft, and so on.

Free public parking is available around the building on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, permit parking is available nearby.

Every company has its own individual needs. We allow our tenants to fully customise their space to suit their business’s ethos and brand. That’s why we allow you the freedom to furnish your space as you wish. However, we do offer some units as furnished at an extra cost.
