As a managed, rather than a serviced office in Crawley, we include business rates, service charges, building insurance, utilities, security, maintenance and cleaning of common areas. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Along with our manned reception, 24 hour access, kitchen space, meeting rooms, parking, and all the other features we provide, you’ll also get the benefit of a friendly, welcoming environment to work in every day.
Serviced offices do not always include business rates in your monthly fee. At our Crawley building however, all of your business rates and other service charges are taken care of as part of your monthly fee.
We have CCTV inside and outside the Crawley office building. We have onsite Centre management between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and afterhours access to the building is via an alarmed entry system
The deposit is 2 months’ rental fee. Once we have received your deposit, we will hold your requested Crawley office unit for one month. Fees are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit on the 1st of the month.
Each workstation costs from £200 + VAT.
We have 21 parking spaces at our Crawley offices. All parking is operated on a permit basis.
We offer a 3-month minimum contract with a fixed price. After this, you can continue on a monthly basis, at the same fixed price, for 12 months.
Should you wish to leave us, we require just one month’s notice after the initial 3-month period.
It all depends on the number of workstations per unit. We allow approximately 75 sq ft per station, so a 2-station office will be 150 sq ft, a 3-station unit will be 225 sq ft, and so on.
Generally speaking, our clients tend to bring their own office furniture, but we can provide furnishings on request at an extra cost if required.
