The story of Antropy
A small team of developers focused on developing websites with the e-commerce platform OpenCart – is a great illustration of how Needspace can help young businesses to flourish.

NURTURING STARTUPS
From strength to strength
Antropy has grown in every way since moving into Needspace’s Crawley Business Centre in September 2017. Beginning as a team of just three people working remotely, (with the founder even sharing office space with his brother’s start-up business!), Antropy is now a company with a growing headcount, where profit that has more than quadrupled over the last six years.
Thanks to Needspace it now its own office, where colleagues can meet and share ideas. This has allowed Antropy to better meet its customers’ needs, with customers appreciating being able to visit the Antropy team to talk through the difficult problems they sometimes face.
A CONVENIENT LOCATION
A place to call home
And the proximity to Three Bridges train station, (itself just a stone’s throw from Gatwick Airport), allows for easy travel to visit clients in London and Brighton.
Commenting on the transformation that being a Needspace tenant has enabled, Antropy’s Managing Director Paul Feakins says: “It’s given us our own, much more professional and quieter workspace, which has allowed us to focus more easily and to appear more professional when hiring new staff.
It has allowed us to show photos of our team and office on the website and hire new staff who feel they’re joining a “real” company with a HQ, rather than a faceless virtual company where everyone works from home.”
Needspace gives us the space to focus and to appear more professional”

FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Always on hand to help
Paul also praises the convenience and familiarity of having a Centre Manager, (Sam), who is always on hand to help. Furthermore, the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere helps Paul and his team take on ever more complex work for their clients.
Perhaps best of all for Antropy and other small businesses with big ambitions, Needspace offers the flexibility to meet changing requirements as and when necessary.
“We’re very happy with the office and building,” adds Paul. “We look forward to expanding further there”.
