Recently refurbished, this 5-storey mid-1960s building still retains many of its original features. It offers an attractive, modern, and fully customisable space you can adapt to suit your business’s needs.
We currently have units available for businesses with between 41-65 staff. Other features include new oak raised flooring, air conditioning and self-contained toilets with shower facilities. There is also on-site parking and cycle racks at the front of the building.

The deposit is 2 months’ licence fee. Once we have received your deposit, we will hold your requested office for one month. Licence fees are collected monthly in advance by direct debit on the 1st of the month.
We can offer leases from any period from 3 months and longer where we can fixed certain costs within the overall monthly price for a fixed period which we can negotiate with you. After the initial term, we can agree a notice term of as little as 1 month, all depending on the length of the minimum contract term.
A typical floor in our Clerkenwell building is about 3,100 square feet.
The location of our Clerkenwell office space makes it difficult to offer parking, but we can offer one dedicated parking space per floor.
Public transport is absolutely the way to go in order to reach us, and the network is very well serviced so you’ll never need to contend with London road traffic!
We are able to offer the offices either furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preferences. Our freshly furnished office spaces are attractive, new, modern furniture throughout. You can now find available floors or customize them to fit your company’s specific needs.
The building has been recently refurbished, yet maintains its original art deco features.
The building’s floors have been completely renovated. The renovations include new concrete beams and columns. There is also raised oak flooring and modern light fixtures. The building also has exposed air conditioning units with custom covers. Lastly, the bathrooms have been updated and now have showers.
Your water bill is included within your service charge as is electricity and gas, communal cleaning, and a range of other services, from Health & Safety provision to reception area costs.
