We ask for a deposit of 2 months’ licence fee as a security deposit then once we’ve received your deposit, we’ll hold your requested office for one month. Licence fees are collected then each month by direct debit on the 1st of the month.
We ask for a minimum of 3 months licence, then you’re free to renew each month on a rolling basis and cancel when you need.
Our third floor is 3,117 square feet.
We do have limited parking space in our Clerkenwell office building and we’re able to offer one dedicated space per floor.
