What have you done to make your offices COVID-19 secure?

Needspace? is committed to meeting and exceeding government guidance standards.

We have worked hard to ensure that our Crawley office space centre is hygienic and safe for everybody. Along with hand sanitising stations throughout our buildings, communal areas are sanitised daily to a high standard.

There are 2m markings on the floor in all communal spaces to encourage social distancing and signage throughout the centres to remind everybody about the steps they must take to help eliminate the virus.

What is included in a serviced office?

As a managed, rather than a serviced office in Crawley, we include business rates, service charges, building insurance, utilities, security, maintenance and cleaning of common areas. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Along with our manned reception, 24 hour access, kitchen space, meeting rooms, parking, and all the other features we provide, you’ll also get the benefit of a friendly, welcoming environment to work in every day.

Do you pay business rates on serviced offices?

Serviced offices do not always include business rates in your monthly fee. At Needspace? however, all of your business rates and other service charges are taken care of as part of your licence fee.

What type of security do you offer?

We have CCTV inside and outside the Crawley office building. Our reception desk is manned between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and afterhours access to the building is via an alarmed entry system.

What type of deposit do you require?

The deposit is 2 months’ licence fee. Once we have received your deposit, we will hold your requested Crawley office unit for one month. Licence fees are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit on the 1st of the month.

What is the monthly licence fee?

Each workstation costs from £200 + VAT.

How many parking spaces am I allowed? Are those spaces assigned?

We have 21 allocated parking spaces at our Crawley offices. All parking is operated on a permit basis.

How long is the licence for?

We offer a 3-month minimum licence with a fixed price. After this, you can continue on a monthly basis, at the same fixed price, for 12 months.

What is the notice period?

Should you wish to leave us, we require just one month’s notice after the initial 3-month period.

How many square feet is the unit?

It all depends on the number of workstations per unit. We allow approximately 75 sq ft per station, so a 2-station office will be 150 sq ft, a 3-station unit will be 225 sq ft, and so on.

Are the units furnished?

Generally speaking, our tenants tend to bring their own office furniture, but we can provide furnishings on request.

It can sometimes get a busy here, but I enjoy the challenge and there is a good buzz about the place. No two days are the same, which can be interesting and makes my days fly by. With such lovely clients to work with, I really enjoy looking after everyone here.
