Charles founded Needspace? in 2006 after identifying the growing demand from small businesses in London and the South East for good quality, affordable managed workspace. Charles is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years commercial property experience.
Richard Trimming, Director
Richard has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years. He joined Needspace? in January 2006, bringing with him a wealth of experience from 13 years as Property Director of Lenta Business Centres. He previously worked for companies such as Donaldsons, Jones Lang LaSalle, McAlpines and Trafalgar House.
