The cost of our rental fees depends on how big the space you rent is but the cost of a workstation in our Islington space is from £335+ VAT a month.

Are your spaces COVID-19 safe?

We’ve worked hard to ensure that our North London office spaces are hygienic and safe for everybody. Along with hand sanitising stations throughout our buildings, communal areas are sanitised daily to a high standard.

How soon can we ‘move in’?

As soon as the space you want comes available and you’ve paid your deposit, you’re free to move in when you like! You’ll have a month from paying your deposit to move into the space before we put it back on the market.

How much deposit do you ask for?

We ask for two months’ rent as an upfront deposit payment which will depend on the rate in the space you’ve chosen. Once we’ve received your deposit we’ll hold your chosen unit for one month. Licence fees are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit on the first day of the month.
