Though it is a busy job, there is a good buzz to the place, with lots of variety and the days often just fly by! At Needspace?, we do things differently, offering a personalised service and the features you actually need, such as professional cleaning of communal areas, customisable space, and diligent premises security.

Whilst many flexspace offices tend to offer some seemingly impressive features as part of your licence fee, we find that many of these are surplus to requirement. Our clients prefer to get their work done on their terms. Saxon House is specially designed for companies seeking long lease terms, for which a serviced office is rarely suitable.

Do you pay business rates on leased offices?

Serviced offices tend to include business rates as is the case at our Crawley Business Centre. Clients letting office space at Saxon House will be responsible for paying business rates, though it’s worth noting that you may be eligible for Small Business Relief to reduce the cost.

What security is there on my commercial office space at Saxon House?

Entrance to the building is protected by a secure entry system. There is internal and external CCTV surveillance, whilst your office suite is only accessible by a key that is only held by you and Needspace? management. Needspace? Management will never enter your space without your authorisation.

Is there a deposit payable to secure my office space?

At Needspace?, our flexible office space does require a deposit. The amount of deposit required varies according to the agreed lease terms.
