What is included in a serviced office?

Needspace? is more managed office space than serviced offices. This means that you get all the facilities and features you’d expect , such as communal area cleaning and meeting room facilities, but without the unnecessary ancillary features you often find in modern serviced offices. This means that you only pay for what you need, with your insurance, utility bills, maintenance, cleaning, security and any other service charges all included in your monthly licence fee, with no sneaky hidden costs.

Do you pay business rates on serviced offices?

This depends on the local council rules and regulations. Clients renting Hammersmith office space are responsible for business rates.

However, considering so many other aspects are included in your monthly fee, you’re still saving a significant amount in outgoings by choosing managed office space with us.

What is your Hammersmith office space security like?

Security is extremely important to all our clients, so we ensure that every single office is safe and secure. Each individual office requires a key to open, which is only held by the client, select employees of the client’s business, and the Centre Manager.

Along with site-wide CCTV surveillance, an alarmed entry system is in operation outside usual working hours. During working hours, the reception desk is manned at all times.

Is there a deposit payable to secure my office space?

A deposit of 2 months’ licence fee is payable to secure your office space in Hammersmith Needspace?. Once we have received your deposit, the unit will be held for one month. Once you’ve moved in, your licence fee will be payable on the first day of each month by Direct Debit.

How much does Hammersmith office space cost?

Monthly licence fees start at just £325 (+VAT) per workstation.

How long is my lease on office space in Hammersmith for?

When you first join us, we ask that you take three months to settle in and try us out. We’re sure you’ll be happy and decide Needspace? is the right choice for you, but if you have a change of heart, after three months you can be on your way.

After that initial three month is up and you’re all set to stay, you’ll automatically go on a rolling month to month contract, meaning you just need to give us a month’s notice if you ever need to move on.

How many square feet are your Hammersmith office units?

We work out the size of unit needed per workstation on a basis of 775 sq ft per station. So a 2-station office would be 150 sq ft, a 3-station unit would be 225 sq ft, and so on.

At our Hammersmith premises, we have a variety of office units to suit anywhere between 4 workstations up to 70 or more. We love it when companies grow with us, so you may start out with just 4 workstations, but work your way up to bigger and bigger units as your business grows.

Is there on-site parking?

Being in the centre of London, we don’t have on-site parking at our Hammersmith premises. But with such great public transport links, there’s hardly the need!

Are the units furnished?

Every company has its own unique needs and character. It goes without saying that you will want to put your stamp on your office space, so we leave it up to you! At Needspace?, you have the freedom to pick your own furniture and office layout. So long as, when you leave, everything looks the same as when you arrived, feel free to make your space your own.
