Charles founded Needspace? in 2006 after identifying the growing demand from small businesses in London and the South East for good quality, affordable managed workspace. Charles is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years commercial property experience.

Jon Dickman, Commercial Director

A registered valuer specialising in business space across London and the South East, Jon joined the Wates Group specifically to develop Needspace?'s offering. Jon also helps Wates Group with our regional and satellite offices across the UK.
