Our Horsham City Business Centre is based within a carefully restored former Victorian warehouse, in a charming courtyard setting. It is light and airy throughout. The building is open 24/7 too, so you can come and go as you like. During office hours, our friendly Centre Manager is on-hand should you need any help. Our Business Centre also provides kitchenettes, cycle racks and onsite parking.

Needspace offices are like serviced offices, but better. Our managed office space in Horsham Business Centre offers all the facilities you need and expect, kitchen facilities, break out areas and on-site parking. However, unlike most serviced offices, we won’t charge you for unnecessary services you don’t need.
We know you hate hidden charges, and so do we! Your building insurance, communal area cleaning, maintenance, security and service charges are all included in one, easy and affordable monthly fee.
Business rates are payable on all commercial property including serviced offices, however depending on how many offices you occupy in the UK will depend if you pay business rates or not. We keep the business rates outside of the license fee so that clients can claim the Small Business Rate Relief if they are entitled which keeps the overall office cost down. Speak to us and we can advise if you can make savings this way.
Of course, your individual office is secured with a key to which only you, your staff and the Centre Manager have access. There is also CCTV surveillance throughout the inside and outside areas of Horsham Business Centre which links back to our Crawley Business Centre from where we monitor the Horsham CCTV cameras.
We ask 2 months’ licence fee as a deposit on your office space in Horsham. Once the deposit is received, we will hold your Horsham office unit for one month. Once you are in, your licence fee will be collected in advance by Direct Debit on the first day of each month.
Each workstation at Horsham Business Centre costs from £185 per month (+VAT).
All we ask is a minimum 3-month initial term, so you can check that Needspace is the right choice for you. After that, if you need to move on, that’s entirely up to you; but we reckon you’ll love being part of the Needspace family and want to stay!
Once that initial 3-month minimum term is up, from then on, you’ll only need to give us a month’s notice if you choose to go your own way.
We have a variety of office units, designed to suit companies of different shapes and sizes and with a range of needs. You can start out with an office just 3 workstations, and as you grow move up to a larger unit. Most of our units fit up to 7 people, but once you outgrow these, we can usually arrange a bigger office space to suit you. All you have to do is ask!
If you’re wondering how we work out the size of a unit needed per workstation, we allow 75 sq ft per station, so a 3-station office would be 225 sq ft, a 4 -station unit would be 300 sq ft, and so on.
