Where are you located?

How big an office do I need?

The size of the office you’ll need will depend on how many staff you have and how many people you want to seat. The HSE guidelines state your team will need 50sqft each and our office spaces are up to 75sq ft for each station. So, if you have a team of 5, you’ll be able to rent up to 375sq ft.

Do you provide office furniture?

No, all our office spaces come unfurnished and ready for you to customise to suit your business. We can provide some furniture at an extra cost.

How much is it to rent every month?

Costs start at £185 + VAT per month per desk but this does vary depending on where you’re looking to rent from our team. We’re committed to providing highly competitive fees to each of our clients which means we can focus on cost efficiency.

Will I have to pay business rates too?

This does depend again on where you rent from us. If you’re a client in our Earlsfield or Crawley Needspace? offices, your business rates are taken care of by us. If you rent elsewhere, you will have to pay business rates on top of your monthly fee with us.
