What have you done to make your offices COVID-19 secure?

Needspace? is committed to meeting and exceeding government guidance standards.

We have worked hard to ensure that our West Sussex office space centre is hygienic and safe for everybody. Along with hand sanitising stations throughout our buildings, communal areas are sanitised daily to a high standard.

There are 2m markings on the floor in all communal spaces to encourage social distancing and signage throughout the centres to remind everybody about the steps they must take to help eliminate the virus.

What is included in a managed office space?

At Needspace? all buildings come with communal area cleaning as part of your monthly licence fee. All our tenants are also free to use the communal kitchen areas, along with meeting room facilities (for a low hourly rate), on site centre manager throughout the working day, and telecoms services as standard.

Do you pay business rates on managed offices?

This depends on your location. Some local authorities allow us to include your business rates within your licence fee, whilst others require the business owner to pay rates directly. At Crawley Business Centre, business rates and other service charges are included in your monthly licence fee. However, in Horsham, business rates are the licence holder’s responsibility.

What type of security do you offer?

External CCTV is in use on every building, and individual units are only accessible with a key held by you, your staff, and the Centre Manager. An alarmed entry system is in operation to enable 24 hour access for all tenants.

What type of deposit do you require?

We require 2 months’ licence fee as a deposit. On receipt, your requested unit will be held for one month. Licence fees are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit on the first day of the month.

Our flexible office space in Sussex is available for a three month minimum term. After that, you will only have to give us one month’s notice if you need to move on. We do also offer long term contracts for office leasing at Saxon House, adjacent to Crawley Business Centre, should you be ready for a longer commitment. Get in touch with us for more details.

Do you offer Sussex offices with parking?

There is limited on site parking available at both our Sussex locations. This is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, by permit from Centre management.

Are the units furnished?

Most of our clients prefer to put their own stamp on their office space. You are welcome to decorate and furnish your space as you see fit. Do feel free to ask us if you need anything additional, as we are always here to help!
