What type of security deposit do you offer?

The deposit is 2 months’ licence fee. Once we have received your deposit, we will hold your requested office for one month. Licence fees are collected monthly in advance by direct debit on the 1st of the month.

How long is the licence for?

You are only bound in for a 3-month minimum period at a fixed price. After that, you can continue on a month to month basis at the same fixed price for a further 9 months, after which point we will mutually review the licence fee payable.

How many square feet is the office unit?

Our 2nd floor office space is 3,100 square feet.

The third floor is 3,117 square feet.

Do you have Clerkenwell offices with parking?

The location of our Clerkenwell office space makes it difficult to offer parking, but we can offer one dedicated parking space per floor.

Public transport is absolutely the way to go in order to reach us, and the network is very well serviced so you’ll never need to contend with London road traffic!

Are the units furnished?

Our office spaces are freshly furnished with attractive, new, modern furniture throughout. The floors are ready to occupy straight away or you can customise them to meet the individual needs of your company.
