What We Offer

We offer a range of office units suitable for businesses from 1 to 10 people. Units can be combined should you need more space. We also provide a range of workshops and studios, subject to availability.

We have some units that are already furnished, for easy start up. We can also provide furniture, if you need it. You can personalise your office with corporate colours or signage.

At any time, you can talk to our Centre Manager about your changing needs - we will always try to accommodate you as your business grows, or your requirements develop.

Our licence fee is designed to be hassle free and includes business rates and service charges. No more cleaning or contracts, dealing with utility bills or chasing up maintenance contractors. At needspace, everything is taken care of.

Our Licence is written in plain English based upon standard Law Society documentation so a solicitor is not essential. We are of course able to take you through the terms step by step should you have any concerns.

The service charge covers, maintenance, an allocated site manager, security, cleaning of the common parts and building insurance. Customers are responsible for insuring their own contents. 

Our licence agreement offers flexible terms allowing your business to expand and contract easily. The minimum licence period is three months and extends automatically on a monthly basis thereafter. Should you wish to leave one of our centres we require just one months notice.

In order to secure a unit we require 2 months licence deposit and the first months licence fee to be paid in advance. If monies are transferred electronically you can be in your unit with 24 hours.
