Charles founded Needspace? after identifying the growing demand from small businesses in London and the South East looking for good quality, affordable managed workspace. Charles is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years of commercial property experience.

John joined Needspace? in March 2006 and is a Certified Accountant with 25 years experience. He previously worked with for major house builder Taylor Wimpey.

Richard joined Needspace? in January 2006 bringing with him a wealth of experience gained from 13 years as Property Director of Lenta Business Centres. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor of over 30 years experience gained with Donaldsons, Jones Lang LaSalle, Trafalgar House and McAlpines.

Huw has been Chairman of Needspace? since March 2008 having been on the Board since its inception. Huw is also Chief Financial Officer of the Wates Group. He joined Wates in February 2005 prior to which he spent four years as head of corporate finance at Taylor Woodrow. In his career he has held key positions with KPMG, Ernst & Young and the Government of Oman.
